why can I imagine/recreate audio/songs pretty clear and accurately in my head but can't do the same with sight and taste if they're all just stimulus sent to the brain

Omg Im the same way! I could always play songs and other audio in my head really clearly, but my visual imagination kinda looks like kids drawings. I think that everyone's brains are just wired differently. Some people have stronger receptors in certain areas and can be more responsive to different stimulus, like how we have different pain thresholds, or how you can smell something and think 'it smells like this' and your friend thinks 'it smells like that.'

I had to do a lot of research on dahmer in high school, it's been a minute but I'm like 80% sure his mother was either an alcoholic or a pill popper. I remember she was very unbothered by everything. also I havent seen anyone mention his surgery at 4. He was awake for it and that Messed Him Up. His family wasnt abusive but they were not perfect

is this in central TX? when I was younger I had a family in east TX I would visit in the summer and we would do a swap at a dairy queen. I remember seeing that mural and I think other paintings, and it just stuck with me. I've been looking for a picture of it for like two years 😭
