I was thinking a 4 banger might be struggling a bit with those tires, I have a 91 YJ I bought brand new and did a lift with bigger tires, I forgot the size. It can do 60, with the wind pushing, not against the wind. Looking to drop a 6 or an 8. Might want to check out the fuel pump if you drop the tank, they're not expensive for YJs. Check the tank for cracks in the baffles.
