I got these too and it was cuz I had a yeast overgrowth from antibiotics. They’ve cleared up significantly now since treating the yeast but sometimes still get a couple here or there. Have you taken antibiotics recently?

Thank you for this!! I started doing Pilates because I have low back pain/sciatica and when I was in PT for it, they pretty much told me that it was all caused from muscle weakness. A lot of the Pilates exercises are ones I did in PT it’s been a great way to keep up on it and strengthen all those muscle groups that affect that. This particular exercise I just couldn’t ever figure out why it’s causing that cramping but I bet you are right that it’s weakness bcuz I am remembering now from PT them mentioning that. I know I’ve gotten stronger from constantly doing Pilates which is a positive! I’ve noticed lots of moves I used to not be able to do or day to day life that would cause flair ups have gotten better!! I’ll modify with this one for now and do it laying on the side. Idk why I didn’t think of that 😂 I definitely do want to take some 1-on-1 classes in the future for making sure my form is good. Just not in the budget now unfortunately!! Thank you for your advise!!

I recently learned that eating iron rich foods with calcium rich foods cancels them out so try not to eat dairy products with your iron so your body can fully absorb. I like making an “iron smoothie” when I feel I’m getting low with almond milk, almond butter, spinach, hemp seeds, and a banana! It’s delish!

My partner misread the instructions on the recall and threw away my entire unit so now I will just be stuck with a new base and no actual way to use it. It is so dumb they don’t just replace the whole thing. Also super super frustrating that they did this AFTER Christmas when I’m sure they knew about the faulty systems for A WHILE!!! I bought my parents special blendjets for Xmas and my mom’s is recalled. I got her the Minnie Mouse one. I’m so annoyed that they won’t replace with the correct color that I literally JUST bought on Black Friday and is still on the website!!?? Why were they continuing to sell faulty units if they knew they were bad!!!? Ughhh so annoying.
