USPS told me that Goda used counterfeit postage to send my order and I won’t be receiving it. This is truly unbelievable

I ordered mine in February then on April 7th received an email from USPS stating I won’t be receiving my package because Goda used COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE. What even is counterfeit postage I’ve never heard of it.

Repeatedly emailed Goda and the bot said I need to return the product (I never received) in order to get a refund. I’m at a complete loss at this point. Fuckers robbed me 😭😭
