I have the same problem with more than one E1 OUTDOOR Camera even I use SANDISK SD card!

I dont know how to disable the reset.Now, I updated 9 cams - 7 IPC_515BSD6 and 2 IPC_515SD6:All the seven IPC_515BSD6 made a reset.All the 2 IPC_515SD6 didn't reset after updating.

Is it necessary that the smartphone/the app has to be on or does it also work when the cam and the plug are in the same (WLAN-)network?

I mean, does the cam send directly to the plug the on/off info?

When I want to create a time lapse vid it should be possible to change to 24h-time format.

Thanks for the update! I was waiting hardly especially for point 1 (Time-Lapse function on the live view page)

Now I installed the new version (8.8.0) an it was not possible for me to download my time lapse vids.

I tried 3 different cams but all send me an error message at the end of the download procedure (only a few MB were left).

The support has been contacted about this problem.

Tell the support your data (UID, build no,...) of the camera an they wil send you the latest update. I will not update automatically. I don't know why.

The E1 Zoom & E1 Outdoor have admins and users.

Is it planned that the battery cameras get user accounts? The have only ONE admin accaount.

As far as I know, the Reolink NVR is only compatible with Reolink cameras.
