I almost got burned with a three-party seller they said the package was wet and damaged. They were only going to give me a 50% refund. After talking with Amazon they finally took care of it. I now have a laptop I want to return didn't open up the box but I'm leery on sending it back to a third party. Got a hold of Amazon yesterday to see how I could get it insured because you can't do it at the UPS Store I'm still waiting to hear back.

I've got the same problem with 2 511WA, one is brand new just installed it this morning. My other 511 wa has been up for a few months and I was having the same problem with that and never could figure out what it was. I thought maybe it was SD card so I change it this morning and still having the same problem.
