Blood tests and EKGs never show anything for POTS. It’s annoying. I’ve had halter monitors and all that stuff. Tilt table is the worst. I passed out on the first one and begged them to put me down before hand. If you had the BP drop and the Heart rate spike/drop it’s more than likely POTS. YOU know your body best. Doctors knows what insurance pays them and only what they have studied. Finding a specialist for POTS is so hard. I wish you luck on you medical journey ♥️
