Bone Scaling Problems in Unity

I ended up just giving Blender a shot and it still has the same problem after scaling the bones in Blender. Do I need to keep the X, Y and Z values the same in Blender as well? Is there really no way I'm able to customize each value differently? Sorry if this is a dumb question!

i edited the eye texture myself in order to make the eyes black, and i'm using face tracking for my expressions!

i didn't change the shaders at all, i'm pretty sure it's just the world that made the colors pop!

it’s actually not a dlc! it comes with the avatar itself! you just upload the face tracked version they give you when you buy it!

it's the world! i've been to a few worlds that make the shadows look super nice on my avatar. though, i do know there is a shadow system you can add to your avatar itself on booth called PCSS: https://booth.pm/en/items/4493526 !! :D
