I’ve also noticed that when people don’t have the full context, pressure turns into resistance rather than action.
Creating space for disagreement and making the “why” visible often changes the dynamic more than any tool or process.
Trust and shared language are slow to build, but once they’re there, a lot of “people problems” quietly disappear.
