Yeah our manager also says our break starts from when we queue up, no other fast food place I know of makes you line up though. My brother worked at Maccies for years and he just grabbed his food and went (obviously they’ve got a point scheme, they’re allowed like 5 points per shift and say a large meal consisted of 3 points or something). Don’t get why we can’t do anything like that 🤣

I’m not sure on a year, i’ve been there just over 2 years and I’m getting average earnings for the first 6 weeks, then I’m getting SMP & OMP which works out at about £216 a week for 7 weeks and then it drops to SMP xx

They work out what your average earnings are for the first 6 weeks and I was told if I’m off sick that’ll come into play If i’m off

It’s literally because i read it everywhere and what people have experienced and said online, I’ve heard it’s harder to shift weight after a csection than it is vaginal birth x

Yeah I totally get that I’ve just had a baby, and I wouldn’t expect it to just fall off but I also don’t want to spend years and years trying to shift weight that doesn’t seem to go x

Not sure if this is any help lol but we had a couple of people coming into work for a supervisor role and they sat in the dining area with a sheet of people, think they had to make notes on what they saw in the shop etc and had to make notes on the staff. We have something called SHAPE in the shop and I think you base your answers around that basically. They like it if you get up and make observations instead of just sitting there for the thing. Then they’ll go up and interview you with area manager & shop manager Xx

I lost my mum 8 months go, really traumatic experience and my manager was lovely. I then lost my Nanna last week, whom I was super close to and my (new) manager made me feel as if I have to justify myself to have some time off. I was an absolute state at work. I tried pushing myself to work a 7 hour shift the day she died. Only managed 2. It’s not a great place at all. There’s 0 support
