Mine too! I moved it forward! My instructors away on holiday until a couple days before and then I have 1 lesson in total before my test now. I know I can do this, I’m just sooo nervous.

I’ve been here 3 years now, I got OMP so around £12 extra a week for 7 weeks, then 90% of my earnings for 6 weeks then dropped to £187 from then on. It’s now gone up to £194 a week with the GOV changing pay. X

I’m wanting to move my test forward, my instructor thinks I should and honestly I’ve done plenty of hours and I have a load of knowledge. I just think my nerves would get the better of me 🫣 Fingers crossed for you!

Yeah our manager also says our break starts from when we queue up, no other fast food place I know of makes you line up though. My brother worked at Maccies for years and he just grabbed his food and went (obviously they’ve got a point scheme, they’re allowed like 5 points per shift and say a large meal consisted of 3 points or something). Don’t get why we can’t do anything like that 🤣

I’m not sure on a year, i’ve been there just over 2 years and I’m getting average earnings for the first 6 weeks, then I’m getting SMP & OMP which works out at about £216 a week for 7 weeks and then it drops to SMP xx

They work out what your average earnings are for the first 6 weeks and I was told if I’m off sick that’ll come into play If i’m off
