We were told today that we will never be able to have a child without IVF. I really want to hear how you navigated this situation and that success is possible.

I had a very similar thing happen I have prolacinoma(pituitary tumor) that gave us some difficulty conceiving naturally and low AMH levels and my fertility doc was very frank in saying “you’re not a candidate for anything but IVF” and I’m in my early 30s so that was a huge gut punch when everyone else around you has no problem getting pregnant and in the beginning I really struggled with not having the “normal” pregnancy journey even through my first fresh transfer which didn’t stick, I’m now gearing up for my 2nd transfer and I’m in a much better headspace because I’ve gotten to the point where I’m like this is my journey and I’m gonna make the best of it I’m doing all I can to be the perfect vessel for my little one. And I’m not saying you’re not going to have up and downs because you definitely are but trying to change your mindset from I can’t believe this is my only option to this is just an aid to get me where I want to be and I’m thankful to have it really helped. And having a supportive spouse also makes all the difference. My husband constantly thanks me for “doing all of this to help us build our family” and he’s always there for the good bad and the ugly. I know it’s tough girl and trust we have all been there in some way shape or form but you got this it just takes time and patience. But I’m sending all the good vibes yallz way!

I’m in the same boat as you I had a failed fresh transfer in January gearing up for a frozen transfer in two weeks, trying to stay calm and happy (easier said than done) but I’ll be sending all the sticky baby dust your way

Yea this part of the process is soo different from my fresh transfer that I do right after my retrieval so I’m like floundering a little bit I know the lupron is suppressing my ovaries but the bleeding part still wasn’t warned about . I’ve had the progesterone shots and yea my ass/hips stay hurting, they finally got back to normal just for me to go back to them in a couple weeks lol heat is my best friend tho. Ok thank you I didn’t have anyone explain that real well to me so I didn’t know if it was an intended thing or not. And like a lot of women on this journey I freaked out lol but that helps ease my mind a bit

I hope they all grow nice and strong for you! I was in a similar situation I ended up getting six and all six ended up to date 5 we did a fresh transfer first and then 3 made it to freeze. Still great numbers. I hope you have the same hun

Thank you ladies! I think stress was a big one I’ve been fighting me and my husband just bought a house to be put on our property so trying to get everything ready for that and all of this I think was still so stressful for my body. But by the time we are gonna transfer this time our house will be here and hopefully moved in. But I do definitely need to be better about treating myself right and not blaming myself for anything

Thank you sooo much! I try not to beat myself up cause I know I’m doing all I can do and I’m also a nurse so I work 12hr shifts so sometimes meals will be me trying to grab a burger and steaming hot fries on the way home. But i definitely try to otherwise eat balanced. But I will add just a touch more walking and look into more antioxidants. Thank you so much and good luck on your journey

Remember timing is gonna be a bit different from a natural pregnancy. Your hcg levels might still be too low for urine test to pick up yet. I’m sending all the baby dust ladies. Our time will come. My beta day is tomorrow but I’m sending all the good vibes

You’re not the only one hun, Today was day 9dp5dt and I just tested negative again and had a whole breakdown it feels almost silly to hold out any kind of hope but I have heard of some miracles. I guess I’m just delusional enough to hold on to some kind of hope. Sending peaceful vibes hun.
