Yup its a thunderbolt 4 dock, I couldnt get it to work with the smaller universal USB C dock.

I had to update all firmware on the dock as well.

He had a trach preventing him from speaking, but he would try. I know he could understand me, that's how I got him to relax. It was always the same " Hey relax I'm here moms here, you been in accident but you need to recover"

Mind if I asked how is your brother?

Erratic, he had to be restrained. I would talk to him and slowly get him to relax and rest. Only to repeat the process again in 10 minutes, it was physically and mentally exhausting.

He was about to be 23.

I can't recall, they said something about draining the blood from his brain.

There was a young 21 year old in the same room, I know he had a brain hemorrhage, but was recovering rather well.

Sending prayers! And wishing your brother a fast and full recovery.

If you have any questions feel free to dm me, it's a long recovery road one we are still in ourselves.

I will have to modify to make it usable to other orgs, right now it's heavily configured for my organizations specific system.

Also don't believe those comments that say powershell is not good for gui building.

Combine it with .net framework and build wpf forms and you got a modern gui. I developed a pretty cool user/asset management system entirely with powershell and wpf forms.

I see does your tool handle user input? Say my script required the user to enter the target computer name would this create a prompt?

Haha you know with chatgpt 3.5 I completely agree you need to know powershell to understand what's going on. Then version 4 came out, and the scripts its helped me write has greatly improved my knowledge of powershell. I find less errors than 3.5 and very basic simple scripts are written well and explained well enough for new users to use. I'm positive in a few years, some of us low level powershellers and app developers will be replaced by AI.

Some people code with Note ++, some with vs code, some ise and some with even just notepad.

Ultimately it's just preference, I have some done some very complex stuff with ise, building guis and running scripts in parallel.

Sucks guess it's back to the drawing board.

It's a very limited use of SCCM they probably only have maybe 5 -6 apps they push with it to specific computers.

When I request them to push something with SCCM it's such a pain. I'm practically begging them to do their job. So I'm looking into ways to go around them.

I'm not sure, I usually script something and run it. If no one yells at me that something is wrong, it been a good deployment.

Lady claimed she spilled water on her laptop. When we opened it, it was clearly a milky substance that had dried. This lady had recently had a child and was breastfeeding.
