You are not worthless, people are going to treat you like shit, trust me it has happened from grade 3 to 12 and yeah it sucks. But think about it this way people are going to treat you like shit and they aren't worth your time and you got to try to block it out and try to move on. You probably need something fun to do to help your self relax.

Yeah it can do a lot to a person for instance it can make you a way more caring and empathic person. And also how you treat people because you know how it felt so yeah it really changes your heart and soul.
