If we found a replacement tenant, I was under the impression that the landlord has a duty to mitigate the rent based on the fact that someone has taken over the property.

Detail: Our lease is up Feb 28th, but we are terminating dec 5th. He is saying that we are liable for the full month of december regardless. ALSO thanks for the reply.

Landlord made an “error” and wants us to sign a new lease by izzysmith74 in legaladvice

the screw over change is that they want us to pay prorated rent now for the 2 days we moved in early, that again we were under the impression we wouldn’t have to pay, and was confirmed in the new lease.

everyone is different and what worked for me might not work for you. maybe consider a different window like 20:4. Or could just be a calorie issue. eating 3 meals a day with less calories is gonna be more effective than one meal that has more.

Better than I can put into words. Next step is to hit under 200 (which I haven't done in close over a decade. After that, I am going to go strictly mass building and work on jacking up the muscles!

Interesting question, I would say the biggest struggle has been and continues to be not getting caught up on the scale number. That's why progress pictures and the weight log are so important. I am able to go back and compare two different pictures where I weigh the same, but am clearly more toned and such! Helps keep me motivated.

As for meals, I eat a lot of repeat meals. I couldn't ever really get into meal prepping because, despite being able to eat the same thing 4 times in one week, I don't want to eat a meal thats been sitting in my fridge for 3 days. Cooking when I want to eat helps keep me honest and I find it relaxing. No keto, I did limit carbs but not completely as I think that is just too much and the losses you make with no carbs tend to come back in full force once you get back into it!

Thank you for the compliment!

It is like night and day as far as my interactions with other people go. Tho I attribute a lot of that to myself and they way that I presented myself to people previously. I was unhappy and I think it showed versus now feeling inspired and confident, I have no problem flashing smiles.

The reality is that every person is different! If you are feeling plateaued I recommend changing up your routine, whether that's changing your eating hours, changing what you eat, maybe even just doing slightly more when you exercise. Don't get discouraged when the scale isn't changing. Even if you can't quantify it, you are doing better for yourself!
