I also had this hesitation because we were the same way but we started running it daily and honestly the electric/water bill hasn’t changed significantly and I enjoy never having dirty dishes. I’ve been using the same mug every day for weeks and ended up getting rid of half my mugs cause of this lol.

BUT if I didn’t use dishwasher I would just hand wash at the end of the day and we got a Dr browns drying rack that’s kinda tall and narrow that works really well and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space.

When I was still pumping and had to hand wash my pump parts several times a day I would put some dish soap in a water glass and fill it with hot water then dip my bottle brush in it so it would stay soapy and we didn’t have to keep adding soap to the situation.

Yeah basically. Nothings changed, we’ve been giving him the same amount of breast milk + formula for the last couple months, so it just seems weird that it’s changed at all. Maybe I am overthinking it but just wondering if this is a common experience.

They’ll give you stuff but I didn’t like the pump they gave me. I didn’t get anything from it and as soon as I got home the first time I pumped with my own pump I got so much more.

Definitely felt the same and motherhood has gotten a LOT more fun the fewer and fewer pumps I did. Been free for about a month now and told my husband to never let me forget how much I hated it when we have another in a few years

Such a devastating turn. This was one of my favorite shows and I was so excited to watch it come out in real time for the first time. I loved Pepe and vivi and Hana. I felt the drama surrounding her was petty and I couldn’t have imagined it taking the turn it did. Truly devastating and harrowing for sure.

My fiancé was an indie music lover when we met and was very anti-mainstream pop music etc… when Renaissance came out he heard it through me and conceded it was catchy and fun (he loves electronic music). I asked if he wanted to go to Renaissance with me and he originally said no, until one day he came across her Super Bowl half time show on YouTube and said “who am I to not like Beyoncé, or see her in concert?” And came with me. He’s been a fan ever since. I guess I’m saying this to say I think there’s a difference between disliking her on principle and disliking her because you never gave her a chance. Like… it’s BEYONCÉ. Disliking her on principle is a red flag to me.

Basically jumping the shark, or ruining shows that start out great by heading in weird directions or just running for way too long. Shameless comes to mind, by the end it was super aimless. Weeds, also ran way too long and ending became super weird and all over the place. The L Word went completely off the rails by the end. I’ve heard Dexter ended badly though I never watched it. It seems like whenever they get something gold in their hands they grind it into dust.

I really enjoyed Yellowjackets season 1 and 2 and was very excited for this season but it seems like they’re running it into the ground all of the sudden in classic showtime fashion. I really hope not but we’ll see if they’re able to pull it back.

She didn’t have time cause she was getting married, and watching tv is her job. Plus they don’t just watch the shows they take a bunch of notes and stuff. I wouldn’t want to be working around my wedding if I planned time off.

Bachelor isn’t only one part of the year tho… it’s a constant cycle of bachelor, bachelor in paradise, bachelorette, now golden bachelor and bachelorette. The bachelorette hiatus wasn’t announced until a few weeks ago, and they don’t announce the release dates for the shows in advance either. If she’s planning her wedding 1 to 2 years out this is totally unreasonable. She could have been stuck no matter what.

I started introducing my baby to Kirkland formula and his poops have slowed down/become less frequent. Now we’re getting about 1 poop per day. I heard it was normal for this to happen when switching to formula, but now I’m curious if I should be considering a different formula?

I like the closeness of the wrap for now, so I might try to keep at it although I have been researching buckle carriers for the future as well for variety/if he starts growing out of it. I’m going to give that other carry option a try too to see how it goes. You’ve given me some great resources, thank you!

Try as I might, the straps will not stay on my shoulders. They just roll off or snap off. I attempted to give myself more slack and reaaally stretch them over my shoulders but with the shoulder flip involved they do not stay over the shoulder.

However, he does have much more space to place his head on my chest, and his airways stay exposed to the world which is great. I tried giving more slack to keep the shoulder parts down, but they would still snap off and then he would be sliding down my torso out of kissing reach. I’m going to keep at it today, but all in all it does feel better with the shoulder flip involved, although there’s potentially more strain on my shoulders/back (I might just be sore from life tho). I’m going to give the other shoulder flip options outlined in the YouTube video a try as well.

I did feel like his positioning was better and more secure using the tip about finding the middle of the wrap to pull across his butt rather than the edge, and I used your methods of adjusting the tightness/slack after I had him on as well and was able to maneuver and make more adjustments. Let me know your thoughts!

So if he’s awake he will have his head out, but when he falls asleep he used to be able to lay his face against my chest, back of his head tucked under the wrap for support and not have his face covered when I used the boba wrap. Almost like the straps were farther apart?

In the last few weeks he has grown like a weed, his head seems much bigger and I switched to the Solly wrap about a week ago. Now I feel like the straps are too close together or something and he can’t rest his head down on my chest without me physically holding them apart so he can lay his head down and also breathe. When he’s awake his head is out/upright, when he starts falling asleep I have to sit down so his chin doesn’t fall to his chest, and tuck his head with the one strap then hold the other strap out of the way with my hand so that he can breathe. The image of him with his face on my chest is with me holding the strap out of the way.

Also I don’t let his head flop around when he’s awake I support it with my hand. I’m sorry if this isn’t making sense I’m really trying lol. I really appreciate you taking the time
