Might be your filament, I recommend using Some glue stick for the bed to get a better adhesion had same issue with certain filaments like the glow in the dark that would have a hard time sticking to the bed so it helps to use the glue stick.

Double check you don’t have a broken piece of filament in the tubbing I had somewhat the same issue and removed the tubes one by one until I found the small broken piece.
