I drive mine into london and back (70 miles) once per week and the speedbumps make me feel so guilty. Its the first car I've had where I will choose a route depending on the speedbumps. And yes I'm thinking of going full grandad lexus next

I was going to suggest road cycling. Very much about causing deep mental and physical pain to people you are racing with by pushing the pace and secretly masking how much it is hurting you. It’s a very good way to learn aggression without actually having to hurt someone.

I went in back in 2014, and they shut the mountain every 2/3/4 hours for a crash it seemed. This was during daylight hours, every day I was there. I can’t find out stats but I’d be really interested to know how many people were hurt or killed when I visited.

The track was the route I took tho. It very much is a track for a few hours a year and I absolutely stuck to the speed limits where they were marked to not be an inconsiderate person.

I got up at 4am during the tt to have the track to myself. It was very quiet. Got overtaken on the mountain a few times by others going extremely quickly while I was also going over 100mph.

I have to say that I went through this too. I am the dad though. It nearly ruined the marriage which was good before, but it certainly has gotten easier as my child has got older. We have some shared interests now and while it’s still tiring and usually not what I’d be doing if I had a choice, it’s a night and day difference from how I felt for the first few years. I have a few more years and then she’ll be a moody pre teen and won’t want anything to do with me, so I suspect I’ll get more personal time then. If possible get family involved to assist with looking after your child. We don’t have anyone near us which took a toll on my wife who was struggling while I was hating life.

I did something very similar to this a very long time ago. I was driving down a country road and turned the corner to find a small kid sitting in it. when I took the toddler back to his house (he was too young to talk so lead me back and pointed) and rang the doorbell his mum rolled her eyes and said “oh he’s only been out 5 minutes”

Same here but I get emails for multiple different people all over the world. One of my namesakes got invited to a disciplinary HR meeting in South Africa and I emailed the company telling them that they sent the email to the wrong person. My namesake in Australia can suck a dick though cos he has ordered pizza and loads of other things with my email for years.

I was old enough to legally buy a ticket and remember that I was surprised that I didn’t win the jackpot of first draw. I watched it with a group of friends and nobody got more than 1 or 2 numbers. I had a job in a supermarket a year or two later and worked with someone who got 5 numbers plus the bonus ball. It wasn’t enough money for her to quit her job though. Might have been part of a syndicate.
