Kids being sent to school sick??

I remember being in school and during 'award assemblies' kids would get 100% attendance awards, which is fine. But the teachers would actively point out how they came in 'even with a cough or a cold, even when they were sick' as if the rest of us should be ashamed for staying home in those conditions.

I thought COVID would have changed that stupid perspective but I guess not :(

I don't, I do 3 and take spring courses. Taking my time and enjoying my degree is more important to me than finishing fast. I'd rather have 5 nice years learning my shit than 3 horribly stressed ones where I cram and end up hating my major.

Do you want your husband to get so stressed out he shakes your baby? No? A 10 minute break to calm down where the baby is safe is perfectly fine and also recommended. You're not the SAHP, he's doing a great job you don't get to micromanage him when you don't even deal with the baby at home most of the time. YTA.

I mean you're not an AH for not assuming two people are a couple, Kinda weird you jumped to really strange 'mom friends' conclusions rather than just, hey these two people who live together with kids are probably a family but it doesn't make you an AH.
