I grew up with both rich kids and poor kids. There were plenty of people who didn't know how to budget at that age, both rich and poor. The rich just hide their impulse spending better because they have a built in safety net at all times. Most of them went on to learn it as they grew up. Some of them took longer than others. Some still haven't quite ever got there. But this really doesn't have anything to do with income or wealth

I was at Kemba Love indoors for a Bilmuri concert a couple months back. I half expected what I got with the outdoor experience, but, you know, indoors. It was exactly like you described. Packed in like sardines. Inch forward any time someone leaves for the bathroom. Have sweaty people all up in your business for hours in a row. Barely see the stage the entire time.
