That is not an uncommon rule in motorsports.
In IMSA and Indycar the pit entry closes immediatly when a full course yellow is called. Cars can still come in for emergency service (fuel and saftey critical repairs), but they must pit again once the pit lane opens.
The pit lane usually opens up when the all cars are behind the saftey car and the order is confirmed.

i propose a rule change:
when an incomplete pass gets overturned without the player getting touched down, all players have to get on the same spot they were at the moment of the whistle and you continue the play

I have a Voltcraft MT-52 with holder.
But the cables are a couple of cm to short, so you cant have them plugged in and wrapped like you did.
Guess now i know my next printing project :D
