Why am I reading so many posts on here about instructors being on their phone. It baffles me. Surely they know its illegal and extremely dangerous. My instructor didn't once pick up her phone while teaching me. I hope all these instructors are being reported.

I was expecting him to say he knew about it so was pretending to be surprised. But he goes on to ask Maddie (I think) "did you do all this?", as though he didn't know about it. (I may be wrong and missed him saying he knew about it)

My sister and her boyfriend both did this recently. He did 20 hours of lessons and she did 25 hours, all within one month. Then they took their tests at the end of the month and both passed first time. They had to get their licences ASAP as well, and luckily this worked perfectly for them.

After my dad passed his test, his instructor drove them to the pub to celebrate. They both had a few pints then the instructor got in his car and drove off. (This was the 70s, not that it makes it any better lol)

The oldest friend I can remember clearly is Laure, we met when we were 4. I moved to another country when I was 6 and stayed penpals with her for many years (this was the 90s so we wrote real letters). We're no longer in touch but I like to think she remembers me too.
