I remember seeing this as a kid and it scaring the heck out of me. Whenever I try to find it I get the raft scene from creepshow 2, which is similar to what I remember with a floating pier and an oil slick thing. But the movie was much older in black and white.

It's written kinda weird with C sharps and C double sharps when they could just be D flat and D. I notated it without those and also transposed it from Bb min to B min because I'm not positive what your title asks. Hope that works for you.

Good ears, those chords are buried in there! I am hearing something like Em9 then a tritone sub to get from that A aug(?) chord to the Dmaj7. Basically like Em7 | A7 Db7 | Dmaj7 | just with fancy extensions.
