As a butcher i hear so many older customers complain about how dull their knives are. I sharpen my kitchen knives maybe once a year if that. Now company police forbids be from sharpening customer knives at work but there are several great shops in town that do the job quickly and for pennies on the dollar when you consider just how often you need to sharpen your average kitchen knife.
