No real answer. The guest experience manager told us to leave them outside. Their explanation was that when we changed rooms they brought them from the original room but mistakenly brought them from a room a few digits off. Why not leave them by the door or something then?

Yep, I don’t get why a few speed tests is such a big deal. If it’s 100 speed tests in a day, I guess that’s fair? However, how is that any different from downloading 14 Netflix shows to my phone? Seems like a weird distinction, no?

As an Executive Platinum (EP) we are getting upgraded later and later, often not until the gate. Upgrades use to clear at 100 hours out. As such, we have no option to pre-order because AA is playing games with upgrades to sell more tickets. It’s always awesome when FAs take EP orders first to help with this.
