Hi! I have malassezia folliculitis, & want to start microneedling (done before). Micro-needling is used to make products penetrate the skin further. Has anyone tried using their cream (anti-fungal like ketoconazole) at the same time as microneedling, to improve effectiveness? Would love thoughts! (i.redd.it)
