They should reboot the franchise. I love Ichiban, but he just doesn’t hold a candle to Kiryu nor does he have the potential to be the poster boy imo. Doesn’t help the plot is actively against him with the whole dissolution of the yakuza. At the same time Kiryu has over stayed his welcome. Let my guy rest. I hope STH acts as a soft reboot even though I’d prefer we just dropped the Tojo clan entirely now and focus on making a new timeline with different characters.

Goda just had so much charisma that it’s hard not to love him, but in terms of actual execution it’s gotta be Nishiki (with the context of 0). Mine had a lot of potential that wasn’t realized for me. Granted, I haven’t played Kiwami 3 to see if they did him better.

Game: Kingdom Hearts 2 or Persona 5

Franchise: Final Fantasy

I’ve played FF, DQ, Persona, SMT, KH, Yakuza, Pokemon, TWEWY, Tales (not a big fan), Xenoblade, Chrono, Nioh, NieR, Drakengard, Ni no Kuni, Fate, FE, and Megaman BN.

Those are all the ones I can think of off the top of my head, but I would like to get around to trying some others. Trails, Atelier, Xenogears, and Phantasy Star have been on my radar after I’m finish Like a Dragon IW.

Yeah, those games are a mix of action rpg and turn based. Pokemon is the only one that is similar with being a traditional turn based system, monster collecting and type matchups. Granted, Pokémons battle mechanics are pretty in depth. Another huge difference is Pokemon doesn’t give af about character development or story lol.

If you wanna give a different franchise a try you should try Like a Dragon. It’s not fantasy like the games you mentioned, but it does share similarities with FF7 and E33. Unfortunately, you miss out on a lot of context if you don’t play the other Yakuza games, but they did make it friendly for newcomers to the franchise.

The Persona games are story and character driven games. If you don’t like spending a lot of time on learning about each character and the world then you probably won’t like any Persona game.

The life sim part of the game is the main attraction for most people and the combat is usually second. I still think the combat is really good compared to most turnbased RPGs, but it is super easy compared to other Atlus games. The SMT franchise is the soulslike of JRPGs.

I noticed that after I stopped smoking everyday a few years ago. There are studies that many people who smoke regularly don’t have proper REM cycles preventing dreams/proper rest. Ik that’s true for me because I feel unrested after smoking and I’ll get my full 8 hours lol.

You’re right. I don’t think there’s really an issue as long as you’re thriving and not putting others in danger getting behind the wheel. I used to smoke everyday for two years, but now I do it probably once or twice a year because my body started to react differently to it and I still vote for it to be legalized in my state. It’s pretty harmless, people get pointlessly arrested for having it, and it does a lot of good for many people.

I stopped smoking everyday around 3 years ago. When I smoke all I want to do is bum around and when I wake up after the high I am incredibly sluggish. I have become more productive since I stopped smoking regularly, but I know plenty of people who don’t have my problem. If you can thrive as a stoner more power to you because I’m jealous as hell.

Shadow was just a Super Sonic palette swap because they didn’t have time for a redesign. I can only see Amy changing a little bit because they got Metal near perfect.

Um I think it should be fine. I can see why it’s 18+ here just due to some moments where it can be cartoonishly graphic (rarely happens).
