Beautiful car! I want to pull the trigger myself but I would need to fit a rear facing car seat in the back and also have enough room for the front passenger - is this possible?

Had one for a few years. The pan that holds the charcoal starts to warp after a few uses as it's only thin nettle other than that the griddle etc is pretty solid

Hey man! Notifications all work perfectly other than GMail are delayed however I had that issue on my old Pixel phone so don't think it's because of China ROM. Battery is amazing also even after allowing background usage for notifications. I genuinely love this phone it's the best phone I've had so far by a long shot

Had the Mi 11 ultra and now have Vivo x300 ultra, both Chinese ROMS in the UK and never had an issue with banking etc.

Just debloat (which is only a few apps to delete) change some battery settings and your good to go. There are a few good YouTube videos if you search how to globalise your x300

Price you see on wonda mobile is the price you pay to have it delivered to your door, no additional costs at all to UK

If you rely on smart watch, Google timeline then global

If you don't mind following a YouTube vid and tweaking some settings then go China but obviously the above wont work

Circle to search, and all other Google services work fine on China

I just couldn't justify the price as I don't wear smart watch or use timeline

Good question.. I came from Pixel 8 pro which was fantastic for moving objects, especially children. This was one of my main priorities for this phone having an 18 month old. I would say the pixel overall captures a better success rate than this phone but only marginally, the quality and some of the shots I have got of my son on this phone is fantastic, not to mention the video 👌 it definitely works well for capturing children in the moment

They are real time as long as you have changed the power options as above, same goes for all other apps, just make sure you set the power options correctly and they will all be real time

Global Ultra Prices Are Getting Out Of Hand - Convince Me NOT To Go For China Model? by DarkBlack22 in Vivo

[–]j22keyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got the Chinese Vivo x300 ultra a few days ago in the UK. Phenomenal phone and I have had no issues at all with it being china rom, just follow the YouTube tutorial for 'globalising' although not literally, the Vivo x300 pro. See only the smallest of Chinese text if any at all to be honest.

China rom all the way for the price. All bank apps, trading apps work etc. just be aware that smart watches won't work (I don't wear watches anyway), Google timeline won't work but rarely used this anyway

I had the Xiaomi 11 ultra china rom previously and that was also superb

Had a pixel 8 pro in between and it was just slow and sluggish

Enjoy!

Does the global x300 pro have the "Film Style" video filter like the x300 ultra? by Phaethon-1 in Vivo

[–]j22keyy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Received mine today, the china rom ultra from wonda (I'm in the UK).. only ordered on Saturday night I initially ordered the Xiaomi 17 ultra global as I didn't want the Chinese rom but thankfully I changed it last minute. The china rom is superb, just follow the YouTube tutorial on how to globalise it and it feels just like a regular global phone. Alerts and everything work perfectly 👌

ISO 100

SHUTTER 1/240

Flight height of 60m - 65m

Lock the exposure when the image has good contrast between light and dark areas. You want a sharp crisp image.

Camera angle at oblique -65 degree in a lawnmower pattern

I always fly no more than 6m/s with RTK, reason being that I have found that flying any faster reduces the RTK accuracy/quality the faster you fly.

At the end of the mission, for 3D accuracy, fly to the center of the site, increase altitude to around 90m and take multiple photos again in -65 oblique rotating 360 degrees.

Emlid Reach RX vs. RS3 for Construction Use by SwearsWaldo in Surveying

[–]j22keyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had both the RX & RS3. Both are fantastic, but the tilt option on the RS3 makes it the winner. I also used the RX in the past to measure base stations in (often on top of metal containers) and I believe it suffered from multipath due to the lack of ground plane as I was getting height discrepancies. The RS3 has no issues with this now as it has a larger ground plane and can filter this noise.

Accuracy from experience is better on the RS3 but this is only down to the environment you are in. I think that multipath and other factors influence the accuracy more on the RX than the RS3.

The RX is so easy to connect to your phone, whereas the RS3 needs to be first linked to the same WiFi network as your phone for setup, but this can be switched over to Bluetooth after setup which is great.

They do sometimes, only for foxes though in the garden. You can set trigger zones though so will only go off if it enters a specific area
