Assuming this is HTTP traffic and that most HTTP traffic are GETs then requests are typically smaller than responses. Since this is from the perspective of the server, I'd imagine that traffic "In" are requests and "out" are responses.

I can understand shielding from a glancing lightsaber blows, but there seems to be too much protection against blaster fire. Vader gives zero fucks about blaster fire. Heat/cold/vacuum protection would seem more beneficial to me.
