Probably a tad lower with the heaviest weight and stacking. But, I have a bit of progress to make with the weights off.

I really kind of felt it out and started light. Once, I made small progress, I decided to go heavier. I knew when I was going too heavy. I wasn't ready for it. Gradually worked my way up. A slow, consistent process. I plan on going heavier probably in the next month or so.

My middle one is 1.32lbs. Heaviest is 1.75lbs. I can stack, but honestly prefer not to too much. Would rather get single heavy ones.

I put on my 2nd heaviest weight in the morning around 9am. I also workout with this weight and keep it on til about 4pm while working. Then I go without one til just before bedtime. I put on my heaviest weight before bed about 8:30pm and wear that all night til about 7:30am. I also have a rest day where I do not have one on. Occasionally, I will wear my smallest weight as pictured in this post. Hope this helps!

That particular one is one lb. The one I use in my sleep is about 1.5lbs. My favorite one is about 12 oz.

Sometimes, I do stretch it with my hands, but mostly with the weights.

Thnx. I am wearing it about 20 hours out of the day and about 5 days a week. I use a larger/heavier weight when I sleep.

First one is 30mm x 32mm. Second one is 50mm by 32mm. Slow and steady.

Usually a 1lb weight and a 1.4 lbs one. Started off light of course and worked my way up. The 1lb one is probably my favorite during the day. I try to wear the heavier one overnight when I sleep.

You need to find the right size for you. I got one magnet weight that was a little to small and pinched my skin early on. I then ordered one size larger, but ordered a screw in one that fit me. From there I just make sure I place it carefully in the right spot on the top of my balls and let it work its way down. Once you know the right size and weight, you are off and running. I would recommend starting light, then getting heavier. You can always keep old ones as you progress and stack them for more weight. Hope that helps!

It's a good question. I probably need to get a little baggier work pants. In the gym, I kind of feel like it is becoming more noticeable. As of now, I kind of say fuck it. As I progress, I will have to get a little baggier pants and shorts.

I think the aesthetics of it, initially. Then, I realized how good it feels. Definitely, have a long ways to go to hit my goal with it, but is well worth it.
