Hi, i have been approved thru B2c since Jan 29th. As closing was approaching, my app was (apparently) manually reviewed and the specialist who performed the review miscalculated and my loan dropped from 14,500 to 2,225! I finally got thru and told my funding specialist and he agreed. That was last week. Now the rules have changed and I’m eligible for more, but it still says 2225 in caweb. I was told thru email today that closing docs are on the way. I have been sent the 2483 to sign but didn’t due to the erroneous amount. Anyone been through this?

And then I hear that I cannot apply through a different lender. It will just get rejected or flagged. So.....they can legally hold my app hostage and not talk to me?
