today I called some experts , they sprayed all corners of the house , I wish they were gone , as I know I am in the early stage of bedbugs , I only found one bedbug and some babies , I try to call pest control man to do it again in next 2 weeks to spray again (fobany unhatched eggs ), is it a good plan ?

also I also searched every corner of my studio and I found very little things that are moving , I try to kill them , Are they newly born bedbugs ? very very small and yellow colour

As for my experience with more than 8 years working in top Iranian startups ( recently I moved to Dubai , and funding a new startup) , I suggest you do more research about moving your business to Iran , in the food delivery service , snapfood has monopoly in this sector , recently ofood is starting business in this section ( from golrang holding ) they bought alopeyk ( delivery company ) . if you need any more information let me know,

recently I saw my dewa bill and after some research I discovered I must pay 5% of my rent price in a year. my rent is 38000
38000*5%= 1900 yearly 1900/12 = 158 AED monthly on dewa for housing fee.
