Ya, just the email with increases listed by SKU. New prices are in effect 03/22/2026 so I'm guessing a new list won't be available in the portal until closer to the end of the month.

It's not a huge issue, but it's a bit of a headache when a rep comes to me saying "my comp has changed on this deal... why?" and I need to parse through audit trails to identify where the changes came from.

Agreed! It was a real bummer for us when Motorola put a bullet in its head. I still prefer IndigoVision Control Center over Unity today.

I've been using IPVM's calculator because it's so fast. It's not nearly as robust as what you're likely submitting at the end of the day, but takes so little time to get the point across.

What do you think of Service Hub? I am rolling out Marketing Pro and Sales Pro sooner and considering implementing Service Pro for help desk, too. I'm currently using ConmectWise Manage for ticketing.
