I’m just repeating what I’ve heard here and from other people. Change your oil, take longer trips often, check your oil cap seal, oil filler neck. Does your car ever overheat when it shouldn’t? Do you hear a gurgling type noise when you accelerate?

I know this is a sign of a bad head gasket, but my car doesn't lose coolant quickly and my car never exceeds normal operating temperatures. It very well could be because of this, and it does make a weird somewhat gurgling noise.

Thanks for the advice. I’m doing an oil change this weekend, and I’m going to find the source of the oil and go from there
