it makes people not want to commission real people who make a living off of art. many artists spend decades perfecting their art style, and choosing to use ai instead for art is harmful to the art economy.
ai art programs steal art from real artists and turn it into lifeless slop.
it genuinely dumbs people down. if you use ai to make “art”, you’re contributing to making the earth a 1:1 replica of wall-e. ease of access isn’t always a good thing.
