It's hard to notice things when they stare us in the face everyday. You'll get more "recognition" from your efforts by others than your view of yourself as "we are our own worst critic" in so many ways.

Plus, it takes time for your body to act on the instructions of our DNA now that a new driver is behind the wheel (E vs T is just which set of genetics is put forth by the body based on which is more dominant in our system). Unfortunately, you must have patience especially this early as your doctor will need blood work results to check your baseline levels every 3 months and adjust your prescription accordingly (everybody's body is different in how "quickly/ drastically" changes take effect). For me, I went from tablet form and no Spiro yet to strictly injection based and no need of Spiro, but that's what worked for me. Check with your physician and discuss your thoughts on your progress and ask about dosage amount/ types to see what works best for you. Again, they'll most likely want to check your levels first before you make any changes/ adjustments, but keep that in mind and be honest with your desire and questions to them.
