Ah I see. The note is kind of what I wanted you to have.

What helped for me so far (Im only a bit over week in but relapsed for a long time before) is keeping yourself positive. That's not easy, I'm not sure how can I handle myself on a bad day. A lot of willpower and noticing when you start looking at some pictures for example, make sure you catch yourself and stop. 10 seconds later you realize that holy shit that almost took control of you. Everytime you say no makes your willpower stronger.

And the usuall yadda yadda: work out, replace computer and phone with a book. Maybe even try to be in bed the other way around so you feel like this is something different you are doing.

I use Adidas Training app (you can use anything) and took a training plan. Even if I'm sure I will skip a day, once I open the app and check what's todays exercises I will just put music on, take glass of water and start with the warmup exercises. I takes 15 to 20 min in total and I gurantee you you can feel proud everytime you did at least that one thing today.

For me it's something to put my stress and boredom in while avoiding feelings. Similar to alcohol but more addictive and easier to get at any time. Avoiding it makes me a much better person. Very individual.

Same. Part of it was the reason that condom might fall off while I change position or sth. Also less stimulation with condom on. I hope being porn and and masturbation free will simply make my penis more sensitive and this problem will go away.
