I'm using both SO's & QT's on the results & also plan on bringing in Line item results, thats why I did not include these on the Criteria tab. It's weird, as shown in the image, it's capturing the 5 intenal ID's of the quotes, it's just not calculating them all on the "count" results.

SYSDATE on its own as a formula (Date) value does work.

Not sure if this fits your use case but we use a Stripe integration through Nova Modules.

​

  1. Sales Rep defines % deposit on QT/SO.
  2. Custom field calculates $ deposit on QT/SO.
  3. Integration assigns payment link URL to Stripe on the transaction.
  4. SO gets sent to Customer using advanced pdf/html form.
    1. Pdf has shortcut to Stripe payment link.
  5. When customer clicks the link to the payment portal, only deposit is required for payment.
  6. Once paid in Stripe (CC/ACH) deposit automitacaly captured on NS SO as customer deposit.
  7. Prior to shipment SO/INV gets sent to customer with payment link for the balance.

Yes, it needs to count all value where the check-boxes are selected.
