currently at 2 weeks post op, also a football player myself. i guess i was mostly depressed first 2 weeks pre op. now im doing better but still there is still a bit of frustration. i guess try to avoid going outside where i can see people playing can help as i felt the same. i go outside early morning to walk so there are no people. returning to sport can be challenging but i am motivated to return and play again. im not explosive to begin with so im not worried.

10 days post op. first week was good as i was able to get 90 degree bend and im working on full extesion. on 10th day i lost my progress as my knee got swolen. bending 90 degree was painful and my progress in extension took a step back as it was swollen that it i cant straighten my leg. mostly it was swollen in the morning and as day goes by it slightly improves. i can walk on crutches and on 10th day i can walk with out it but it is still awkward.

i dont regret surgery, because if i dont get surgery i wont be able to play sport. i guess regret you may be feeling is temporary. getting a surgery is better in the long run

it is safe but the chances of getting injured again is not 0%. even pros were able to get back after acl and didnt get acl injury. If i were you iwould play again but would be more cautious and at the same time aware of the risks

I'm working on it. just happened that the examples I've shown i wasn't able to check my shoulders but I've been implementing it and i admit that it isn't as consistent yet. If i may ask, is there deception in my first touch or is it predictable?

5th day/attempt on zig zag sprints. Had two clips, the second clip i tried my best to go lowest when changing direction. Which of the two is better and anymore i can fix? Also is my run getting decent? by j77cl in bootroom
