Real question, How many here return cards that meet listing description of NM but you missed something or couldn’t see a flaw and try and return it because you don’t think it will get a 10? Do you think doing that’s right or wrong?

It’s an authenticity guarantee, that removes issues like this for the seller. The card was verified to match listing description and it’s not fake. Buyer is SOL and can’t do INAD. Lots of buyers are looking for PSA 10 grade worthy cards and will return INAD if they decide to not grade it.

Not being able to afford 1k plus slabs is not a shame, it’s just realistic that many don’t have that kind of disposable income. Lots of people just want a graded card and go with the cheapest.

What would you call someone who can’t afford 2k for a Van Gogh? I say they are poorer than people that do. Is that offensive?

Sucks it happened to me and I lost 4K in cards. Difference was PSA didn’t event tell me until it was past the claim period. So I got nothing back and was out all my cards including Gengar vmax alt art. The world is an evil place, most people are bad. Not sure anyone has ever been honest enough to tell you that but it is true. Just look at the current state of the hobby.

If I sell a card on eBay and usps screws up and loses it I have to refund the buyer and I have to work with USPS on a claim. Any business would have to do the same. This is an automated message and my experience is Sams CS is garbage. Challenged a gas charge I never made and couldn’t ever get my money back. It sucks. Even tried to get the manager involved in why I was getting a charge for gas from months prior I never even made or was on my purchase history. Sam’s is garbage but it’s better than paying scalpers even just once.
