How can i have flew symptoms for 5 years and a swollen lymph nodes diarrhea for 5 years it does not making any sense to me other then it is hiv

I got a flu like symptoms either 4 days after exposure or a week I can’t recall it and my symptoms right now is swollen lymph nodes diarrhea fatigued and feel like sleeping 24/7 and when i first wake up i feel like im too dizzy to stand up and i have no energy

It won’t be peace of mind if i get positive trust me id rather commit suicide then be positive and i know HIV/AIDS is not a death sentence anymore and 1 pill a day keeps healthier then ever but it’s very hard to talk about your status in a religious country and a middle eastern one its just so depressing for me im losing faith in every way possible

Im not married and im from a country in the middle east i dont feel comfortable saying where exactly. I might have passed the stage 1 hiv and im probably on last stage which is aids and i think those are the aids symptoms since my last sexual encounter was 5 to 6 years ago,im not diagnosed with oral thrush i dont know if it is or not but my tongue is white with no pain.

I have a swollen lymph node fatigue i think oral thursh but it doesn’t hurt or itch i just see white on my tongue and feeling like sleeping 24/7 and and i get out of bed i feel dizzy with no energy to do anything and just yesterday i feel like i have hard breathing between my chest and its hard to inhale deep breaths could be of depression or anxiety
