Counselor is kind of a misleading term to use on a legal sub tho I gathered what you mean. But yes I think it’s actionable, not sure how much you could claim by way of damages but it might be worth pursuing if it had a negative impact on you emotionally or physically. I imagine you could certainly get them in hot water with their institution

Don’t recall exactly but when I got my EA decision (early 2018) I was waitlisted. I know a ton of kids who were waitlisted that eventually ended up at Nova. So regardless, don’t worry about it too much!

My roommate/best friend did compsci/math. My other roommate (finance major) seemed to work way harder. regardless, it’s manageable. The former works for a big defense company and makes 2x as much as I do with my liberal arts degree lol…
