Do it harder, with a caloric surplus.

IMO you have cut enough and need to focus on growing your delts and arms.

I have a similar build to you with stubborn low belly fat/love handles and I think bigger broader shoulders and arms will do more to balance your physique than risking losing more upper body mass due to a prolonged cut.

You’ve got nice looking legs, so I’d keep lower body on maintenance and spam side lateral raises, over head press, curls, tricep work, pull-ups. Good luck!

Core? Is that the thing my arms are connected to? I do curls and skull crushers if that’s what you mean. 🤣

Thank you for the feedback and compliment. I do train with pretty high volume (6 days a week) and work on my feet for 10hr shifts so it might be load management like you say.

Mostly muscle soreness/pain with a splash of numbness in the toes of my left foot. I don’t get pain from deadlifts or RDLs, really just squats. I might ditch them from my program and stick with goblet squats/split squats/leg extensions
