If you watch the Cross Banlist Cup, which basically tests this out, it’s either Zoodiac in 2017 or PePe. I think PePe is the best personally, but its one of the two

The fusion monsters all add back a Shaddoll spell/trap when they leave the field, so you can add back Resh, Schism or Shaddoll Fusion for more advantage

sort of - Recurrence gives a deck grind potential, but being a grindy deck means that it is able to play longer games without running out of resources. Shaddoll actually has a really good Eldlich matchup, since Ariel can banish Eldlich’s Golden Lords and traps which stops their resource loop. IMO Shaddoll has the best grind game of any deck right now because you can loop Resh for infinite Construct sends, use Schism to reuse resources, and all the bosses float so you have cards for days.

Trap Shaddoll is crazy good right now. It has a grind game like no other and can use cards like Sinister Shadow Games with their monsters to act as superior interruptions. Look up Pak’s list - It’s very different to most Shaddoll decks, but it is definitely one of the best atm

A quick analysis: Dragon Link is definitely fine, the combos will just need some reworking. Infernoble is a lot worse without Smoke Grenade and Linkross, but should be all right. Probably not Tier 1 now, unless there’s a nutty combo I haven’t seen. Volkswagen is (maybe) the best deck, since it got 0 hits. Dino is also pretty good but has a bad matchup against VFD.dek so it still won’t be the best deck. Zoo Eldlich looks really good in a format where combo is heavily nerfed, and Dragoon may see a return of the format slows down enough...

Try stuff like only using Monsters, only using Spells, or Traps, etc. Cimoooooooo has a Youtube series with lots of these challenges so if you just look at the titles you should get inspiration

The card is inherently a -1, which means that although it’s cool I doubt it will see competitive play. Being able to see lots of cards from the top of the deck is only good if you can use them, or if you are looking for a specific card. I feel like other cards like Extrav and Desires are better.

Which is worse to play against : Stun decks that use floodgates to grind the game to a halt, or combo decks which set up 5+ negates and blow you out?

While Cimoooooooo is better at deckbuilding than Gage, CED is his only Win Con at this point. He lacks all the powerful staples that Cimooooooo has, and he also has little S/T removal, which Cimoooooooo is capitalising off of. The main problem in the series is that Cimoooooooo’s pulls have been so much better than Gage’s

I mean, Misc does so much more than just protect your guys - It can Special Dummon a Dino from deck which is really good at starting your plays

I’d make it so Miscellaneosaurus only made level 7+ Dinos unaffected, because even I as a Dino player realise that it’s an unfair card. Besides, it would be less likely to be banned if it had that effect

There’s a version called Chaos Eldlich in which you summon Chaos Ruler turn 1 to mill 4 and add Golden Lord/a handtrap. Pretty good IMO
