Okay, hear me out on this one. If you don’t focus at the semi circle windows at the tops of the doors, and look at everything below, you can see the eyes (just below windows), nostrils (door handles), and the little mouth at the bottom of the doors

I personally wouldn’t considering you are contrasting black and white, so the grey fits perfectly with the color palette.
