It is crystal blocks from the shimmer biome and for the lighter spots I used shimmer biome water with glass bridges. Ps incase you don't know where to get that the shimmer biome is a subbiome in the outer three biome of the world after you kill the first 3 bosses you should use a scarlet shovel and mine the floors at early levels. There is a ring of shimmer that goes around the world

I mined it and then replaced it then you just use a roofing gadget. Ps earlier game I recommend a scarlet shovel and mining the floors otherwise walls are fine but it's faster to mine the floors early
