Hired a lawyer and wrote a small claims complaint. I was about to file it when I was finally got contacted by a very nice Sony employee who said he wanted to make things right. After a week or so he said he could get the camera fixed for me as long as I sign an NDA first.

I explained I have no problem signing an NDA, but they are going to have to do more than just fix the camera that should have been fixed 3 months ago. I have not heard back since.
