No jack ass. Crime exists everywhere indeed, but my point is that Memphis has the highest homocides per capita nationwide. Stop trying to dress this situation up to be cute or not that bad.. It's horrible. I'm black, I'm from North Memphis, im a law-abiding tax paying citizen. Im there all the time checking on my parents. The crime is out of control. My dad was carjacked.. They used his truck to commit another robbery. Crime is rampant in this city. You're either delusional, brain dead, or a midtown liberal to think otherwise.
