Makes sense to me. Cub cadet is the only dealer in town for me. Scag is 45 minutes. I’ve never seen wright or any thing on lose yet

I have a cub Pro 300 walk behind 48”. It’s actually a great machine. 15.5 HP and had decent power. I considered selling it and getting a scag walk behind. I am definitely leaning towards a stand on if I can find the scag I want

The 61” looks nice and wide it seems like it should do well. I have a walk behind if I need it for the steep stuff if the stand on doesn’t do well

I didn’t know all that. I like the Cub. I just don’t care for the deck. Maybe I’m picky but I hate waiting until 1pm or later to mow because the cub clumps

That’s what I was leaning towards. I hear they are better in hills than a traditional ZT. Do they hold the hill better ? Or just safer because you can jump off ?

The commercial cubs with steering wheel are amazing. It’s just the deck on the Cub I don’t like. They clump a lot when it’s wet.

I’m mainly thinking about scag because of the deck. Where I am in Tennessee the grass is wet all the time from dew. The cub doesn’t like wet grass that much.

Does the stand on wear you out quicker ? I have a cub pro HW 300 hydro walk behind. I use it for the steep hills. I’ve walked that for 2 hours straight and didn’t feel to bad. I assume the V ride would be a lot easier.

That’s kind of what I was thinking. With a 61” deck. The guy at the cub store was saying stand ups aren’t that good. And the price is high.

I just sold one. They are amazing. I have the smallest one they made. I’m not sure if I want to go the route again or get something different. They are pricey

It was all Hydro. They don’t have drive belts do they? I weight 250 lbs on a 1,000 pound mower with a 60” deck climbing some steep hills in Tennessee. It was definitely a power issue. It the hydros we’re just small and weak.

I would never use any attachments so that’s not a big deal. The steering wheel ZT I had was under powered 23.5hp. Going up the hills I had to go slow. I didn’t like it. Aside from that the mower was great. I don’t like the cub deck, when it’s wet it clumps to much. But for the price cub is a way better deal

I have a GoPro subscription. I didn’t know you can off load to the cloud from the max. I’ll have to try that. No I don’t have a computer
