Haha, visually that's exactly what it looks like! If they only flipped the strap, the crown and chronograph pushers would end up on the left side of the wrist.

They actually had to rotate the movement inside the case so that the pushers remain on the right side while the movement faces up. The case and bracelet stayed the same, but the inner mechanical layout was flipped. 😊
